Valentine's Day

February 14th filled our day with fun events, gifts, and cards. Daddy and Emilia took one of their first daddy-daughter dates and went to Chick-Fil-A for kids night. Emilia got a balloon puppy, ran around the play area, and almost got her face painted (too bad the line was too long). Before they scooted out the door, Philip presented me with a half-dozen roses, a dozen chocolate covered strawberries, a card, and a stuffed puppy. The night before we went out to dinner to Stoney River, a place that hasn't seen our faces in three years. It was, indeed, a happy Valentine's day for the Minters!
