Philip's 28th Birthday!

We didn't do anything big this year, but we did get to spend time with Philip's family and have cake and ice cream. I made his favorite, coconut. It seemed to be a hit, despite me forgetting a key ingredient (don't forget the coconut milk).

 We had a hard time convincing Emilia it wasn't her birthday...

Unfortunately, he was feeling a little under the weather on his actual birthday, so he wasn't up for anything too much. Emilia and I got him a small flight lesson - maybe on the way to a pilot's license??
